Q: How long will my order arrive after I have purchased it? 
A: You should receive your order around 2 - 4 weeks.

Q: Why does my order take that long to ship? 
A: The procedure starts from our manufacturer, processing and verifying the payment. Arrange for shipment, also depending on the volume of orders received. Import country custom for inspection, and delivery service in the city. If you experience delays in receiving the order, please contact us immediately and  we will help to confirm the status of your order.

Q: What are the payment options?
A:  All payments will be made online. Acceptable payment options include: Mastercard, VISA card, American Express,  PayPal, and Apple Pay.

Q: What kind of currency does your company accept?
A: Payments should be made with USD, CAD, EUD.

Q: Can I request for a refund after purchase? 
A: In the situation after you receive a defective order or lost delivery, you can inform us within 7 days after receiving your order. We take such matters very seriously and investigate individual cases thoroughly. We kindly request upon refund you provide: A receipt or proof of the order, the product which you bought from our store, a photo of the order (Do remember to keep the product in its original packaging) and we will confirm the order on our side. We kindly ask that you ship the order back to our warehouse. Due to shipping charges on the returns, it is not refundable. We can only do is a coupon or gift compensated that relevant charge to the buyer. Once we have received the order, we will start the refund or exchange procedure, which will roughly take 14 days. We want to guarantee our customers a happy shopping experience with us.

Q: Do your products have warranty?
A: Our guarantee is products we have tested, exchange or refund service. Products that contain electronic items or components have 6 months or 1 year warranty which are listed on the product page.
